1. About us
silversharq.com is operated by Silver Sharq Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You can reach us at hello@silversharq.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these conditions.
3. Products, prices and availability
We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and refund any amount already paid.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email. We may decline orders that fail fraud, stock or eligibility checks.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe / Shopify Payments. We do not store full card numbers. You authorise us to charge the chosen payment method when you place an order.
6. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates and costs. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refunds page for the procedure.
8. Statutory warranty
Consumers benefit from the statutory rights under EU Directive 2019/771 and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
10. Intellectual property
All trade marks, images, logos and content on the site are owned by Silver Sharq Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
11. User content
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the shop. You must own the rights to anything you submit.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
13. Disputes
EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. We will always try to resolve issues directly first — please email hello@silversharq.com.
