Returns & Refunds

1. Your right to return

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominated) received the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. This is in addition to your statutory rights if the goods are faulty.

2. Condition of the goods

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, smoke or pet hair.
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached.

We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item, in line with EU consumer law.

3. How to start a return

Email hello@silversharq.com with your order number within the 14-day window. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

4. Return shipping cost

If your country qualifies for our prepaid return service, we cover the cost. Otherwise the buyer pays the return shipping. The exact terms are confirmed in our reply to your return request.

5. Faulty or wrong items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and a replacement or full refund at your choice.

6. Refund timeframe

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take additional time to display the funds.

7. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once unsealed, including underwear and swimwear. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable, in line with EU Directive 2011/83.
