What sizes do you carry?
Every Silver Sharq piece is cut from 2XL through 8XL. We are a big & tall house, not a regular brand with a few extra sizes - the entire pattern is engineered for fuller chests, longer torsos and broader shoulders.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a chest and length chart in centimetres. Measure yourself across the fullest part of your chest and from the shoulder seam to the hem of a polo you already love. If you sit between two sizes, we recommend the larger one - jersey is structured, not stretchy.
How does the fit run?
Our signature fit is a tailored cut for bigger builds. Shoulders sit clean, the torso skims rather than hugs, and the hem ends just below the belt. No tent effect, no clinging.
What if my size is between two on the chart?
Size up. The piqué jersey holds its shape and a slightly roomier fit reads more refined than something pulled tight across the chest.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the European Union. UK and US dispatch is rolling out throughout 2026 - join our list to be notified.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard EU delivery is complimentary on every order. Express service is available at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Standard orders dispatch within 24 hours and reach most EU addresses within 3-5 working days. You receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the atelier.
Do you ship in discreet packaging?
Always. Plain outer carton, branded interior - your delivery never announces itself to neighbours.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
14 days from the day your parcel arrives. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
Are returns free?
First return per order is on us, EU-wide. Subsequent returns from the same order carry a small handling fee shown at the return portal.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@silversharq.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label within hours and a refund follows 3-5 working days after the parcel reaches us.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes - send the original back and place a new order; we refund the first piece the moment it lands. This is faster and guarantees stock for the new size.

What is the fabric like?
A featherweight piqué jersey with a soft, fluid hand-feel. Engineered for breathability and a measured stretch that holds its shape from morning to evening.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold with similar colours. Do not bleach. Iron on low if needed. Skip the tumble dryer - line drying preserves the cut and the colour.
Will the colour fade?
Our dyes are reactive - cared for as above, the colour stays true wash after wash. Avoid leaving wet pieces folded; that is what dulls colour, not the wash itself.

Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna for instalments. Checkout is processed by Shopify with end-to-end encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within the first hour after checkout - email us straight away with the order number. After that the parcel is usually already with our courier and the simplest path is a return on arrival.
I have not received an order confirmation - what do I do?
Check the spam folder first. If nothing is there, email hello@silversharq.com with the address used at checkout and we will resend within the hour.
