Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping, every order

Shipping is included in the price. No thresholds, no add-on at checkout — delivery to all destinations we serve is on us.

2. Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse for fast, predictable delivery across Europe and the United Kingdom.

3. Where we ship to

We currently ship across the European Union and to the United Kingdom. Other destinations may become available at checkout depending on inventory and carrier coverage.

4. Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day.

5. Delivery time

Estimated delivery is shown at checkout based on your destination and the carrier. We dispatch with established carriers and provide tracking on every order.

6. Customs, VAT and duties

For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the price shown. For orders to the UK, VAT is collected at checkout where required by HMRC. Any other duties or local taxes outside the EU and UK are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

8. Lost or damaged shipments

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@silversharq.com within 14 days of the latest carrier update. We will open a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed shipment or refused delivery, we will refund the price of the goods. Shipping was included in your order — there is no separate shipping refund.
